CLEANING AND POLISHING YOUR FURNITURE

Wood, mother of pearl and bone are all-natural materials and can be damaged by inappropriate cleaning.
All these materials are porous, so they should never be immersed in water and Non-invasive conservation cleaning techniques should always be used.
The best way to clean the mother of pearl furniture items is to dust frequently by using a vacuum with soft brush and a clean, soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
For more stubborn dirt, a cotton bud with a very small amount of soapy water can be used, but make sure you wipe the area again with a second bud with just water on it, and then dry immediately.
The cotton buds must not be too wet, so squeeze them very well before use.
To avoid scratching the finish, always use feather duster, very soft or fiber cloths and wipe your furniture with minimal pressure.
