THE BESPOKE PROCESS

• Send us your idea, specification and a brief description of the piece and we will get back to you within 5 working days.
• After quote approval, we will start producing the technical drawings.
• You will be updated on progress during the crafting process, including photographs of the handcraft working and finishing, giving you the joy of seeing your piece come to life.
• The lead time is between eight to twelve weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
• Delivery will be carried out by a professional white glove service.
