  • Insurance Option: Shipping insurance is optional and can be added for 1.5% of the shipment value. For your peace of mind, especially for international shipments, we highly recommend insuring your order.
  • Quality Packaging: Every item is meticulously packaged using premium materials and techniques to ensure it arrives in excellent condition, whether your delivery is local or international.
  • Import Duties & Fees: All taxes, duties, fees, or other import-related costs at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend consulting your local customs office to understand any applicable charges before purchasing.

1. Levantiques is not responsible for any issues that may arise in the buyer’s country due to customs clearance, regulations, or other formalities. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, refusals, or damages caused during customs inspections. Levantiques bears no liability for such incidents unless the shipment is insured.

2. The buyer is solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including name, address, and contact information. Levantiques is not liable for any delays, losses, additional costs, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer.

Return Policy

At Levantiques, each piece is a unique work of art, crafted to celebrate the beauty of natural variations and meticulous craftsmanship. While we are confident you will love your purchase, we offer a fair return policy for your peace of mind.

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted exclusively for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please note that natural variations, including minor imperfections in materials or craftsmanship, are inherent characteristics of handmade pieces and are not considered defects or damage.
  • Initiation: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@levantiques.com within three (3) days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return:

  • The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • A proof of purchase must accompany the return.

Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-designed pieces, including those with special finishes, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us with your order details, along with photos of the item and packaging (if damaged).
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, you may arrange for return shipping through a courier of your choice.
  3. Responsibility: Levantiques is not responsible for return shipping costs, loss, or damage during return transit.

Refund Policy

At Levantiques, all sales are final. Once payment is made, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted, except as required by law.

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us at support@levantiques.com within three (3) days of receipt. Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, resolutions may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
  • Shipping and handling charges, along with any other associated fees, are non-refundable. Restocking and/or repackaging fees may also apply.
